App Store Subscriptions
- Open the App Store on your macOS device
- Click on your profile icon located at the bottom-left corner of the App Store window
- Select 'View Information' at the top of the window and sign in if prompted to do so
- Scroll down to the Subscriptions section and click Manage
- Find the subscription you wish to cancel and click Edit next to it
- Click Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew
By following these steps, you can easily manage your subscriptions directly through the App Store.
Keep in mind, that after you canceled the subscription in the App Store, you still will see it's active in Spellar, but you won't be charged anymore.

Stripe Subscription
Unfortunately, Stripe doesn't provide a very convenient way to cancel subscriptions
You have two options to cancel your Stripe subscription:
- Find the cancellation link in the first payment receipt email Stripe sent you
- Contact us directly at [email protected], and we'll cancel it for you
