When you log into Spellar Services using your email account, we will ask permission to access basic information from that account, such as your name and email address. You can stop sharing that information with us at any time by removing Spellar’s access to that account. We may also collect other direct identifiers when You register with Spellar, such as your phone number, usernames and passwords, IP address of Your workstation, and other information that enables us to contact You.

Spellar Services may integrate with Your corporate email calendar (e.g., Gmail or Microsoft Outlook) and collect metadata regarding Your seating choices and the conference rooms You book. Spellar does not collect or have access to information contained in Your calendar events.
When you purchase any Spellar Services, we will collect Your payment card information and billing address. We will use this information for payment authentication and processing for Your future transactions. Spellar does not store credit card information.
Using Spellar Services involves processing audio recordings from meetings to analyze and provide English proficiency feedback. Spellar only records audio; video recordings are not captured or stored. For seamless service across devices, Spellar may retain certain audio information. Spellar does not retain audio of any other individual in the recorded meeting unless it is part of the agreed-upon service features.
