Spellar is flexible, so it's easy to get lost. Here are four workflows that work out of the box. Pick the one closest to your job and tune from there.

🎙️ Solo voice notes

For founders, writers, and PMs who think out loud.

• Set the default template to 'Voice Memo' or 'Idea Capture'
• Use the iOS app on walks; recordings sync to Mac automatically
• Pin the most-used template to the menu bar for one-click capture

🤝 1:1s and interviews

For founders doing user interviews, managers running 1:1s, journalists.

• Default template: 'Discovery Interview' or '1:1 Meeting'
• Folder per interviewee or report; auto-route via calendar attendees
• Enable the AI Copilot for live note suggestions while you focus on the conversation

👥 Team meetings

For standups, planning, and project syncs.

• Use 'Standup' or 'Project Update' templates
• Auto-export summaries to Notion or your team's doc tool
• Add a webhook to push action items to Linear / Jira / ClickUp

📡 Async briefings

Record a walkthrough or update; share the recap link instead of attending a meeting.
