Organize recordings by project, client, or topic — manually or automatically.

🎯 What you can do

• Group related recordings (projects, clients, hires, topics)
• Set a default template per folder — recordings inherit it
• Auto-route incoming recordings via calendar attendees or event titles (Pro)
• Share a folder with a teammate — they see everything inside (Pro+)
• Pin folders to the sidebar

✨ How to use it

1. Click the + button next to Folders in the sidebar.
2. Name your folder. Optionally set an icon and color.
3. Drag recordings into the folder, or set auto-routing rules from Folder → Settings.

Auto-routing rules

Each folder can route incoming recordings based on:

• Calendar attendees (e.g. anyone with @client.com lands in 'Client X')
• Event title keywords (e.g. 'standup' → Engineering folder)
